The OCEE offers multiple volunteering opportunities. Your contribution is significant to the overall success, organization, participant experience, and community engagement of our events.
Convocation
Volunteer with Graduate Affairs. Volunteers welcome the new cohort of students, annually in August. They create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and ensure a positive experience by provide information and assistance.
Commencement
Volunteer with the OCEE. Volunteers assist in various operational aspects of the graduation ceremony, annually in December.
Winter Enrichment Program
Volunteer with the OCEE. WEP volunteers annually in January, play a major role in delivering WEP programs and activities. Their involvement in facilitating discussions, guiding participants through interactive experiences, or assisting with demonstrations, enhances attendee engagement
Social Responsibility
Volunteer with the Strategic National Advancement. Develop a sense of ownership and pride and become a KAUST ambassador fostering a positive and memorable impact on local communities and institutions.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
Volunteer with HSE’s popular KAUST Volunteer Fire Department. Volunteers meets weekly for training and contribute to maintaining a safe environment during programs events. Their presence helps ensure the well-being of event participants.
Community Life
Volunteer with Community Life. Volunteering your time and skills, allows enhancment of community events and clubs. Successful examples of events powered by volunteers can be found in all areas of community life including recreation.
